Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Api-Motion 23D-6306AB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mks-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Apsopulse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mks-Instruments such as the AS0055004AS0055004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5000050 manufactured by Applied-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCW30024125FTSP9343 by Manufacturer Apsopulse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand HC8320A6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aptec such as 2Jun equipment made by Aptec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aptec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aptec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8210P004 made by Asco as well as the popular SC8220G404 original spares produced by Asco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JKF8344A72P by Asco and 2Jun spares by Aptec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5122721 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arvin-Diamond.
